Shipping & Returns

• Shipping: This bundle ships in multiple packages. Standard shipping is free. Delivery times may vary based on location.
• Returns: Products eligible for return or exchange must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original product packaging and accessories. For technology returns, such as launch monitors or projectors, all items must be undamaged and unregistered. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

SkyTrak provides a limited consumer hardware warranty to the original consumer user of this product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to non-commercial use. The warranty does not extend to products used for commercial purposes or any other use outside of individual consumer use. All other warranties are excluded as per the terms outlined below.

Safety Warning: Golf can be a hazardous activity. Ensure you have sufficient space to swing a golf club or hit a golf ball without causing harm to others or property. When using the SkyTrak indoors, always use a safety net specifically designed for golf balls to prevent injury or damage. SkyTrak assumes no liability for failure to adhere to these precautions.

For optimal safety, position the SkyTrak device, smartphone, tablet, or computer safely away from the hitting area, ideally to the side and behind the golf ball. This precaution helps to prevent damage from errant golf shots. SkyTrak takes no responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from the improper setup or use of its products.

Spornia Warranty

Thank you for choosing Spornia Golf. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a problem, the following warranty policies apply:

Netting Warranty: Spornia Golf netting is covered by a 60-day warranty, which includes tears caused by manufacturing defects or material failure under normal use. If a defect occurs within the first 30 days, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

Frame Warranty: Spornia Golf frames are covered for one year against manufacturing defects or material failure. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, customer error, or exposure to weather conditions. Should your frame be defective within the warranty period, please contact us for a claim. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by cut or scuffed golf balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme weather. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage to property such as broken windows, wall damage, or electronics caused by a ball passing through the net.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and Spornia reserves the right to inspect the product to determine warranty coverage.
