Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email from our team at Simulator HQ as soon as you place your order. This notifies you that we received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we prepare it for immediate shipment. In the event that your item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel your pre-authorization and notify you via email. We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment if your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days).

No Shipping outside the USA (Some exceptions may apply).

Order Shipment:

Once our team confirms your order, it will be shipped and your credit card will be charged within five business days of when you placed it. Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, you will receive an email from Simulator HQ at the email address you provided during checkout with tracking information. Contact us at support@simulatorhq.com if, six business days after placing your order, you have not received the tracking information from us.

There is no international shipping. (Exclusions may apply)

Our basic standard shipping is always free of charge! After you submit your order, this option typically ships within the same business days and takes 1-3 business days to arrive at your door.
