Receipt of Products and Damages
An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery of products. It is crucial to thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any transport-related damages upon arrival. Should you find any damage, please contact us at support@simulatorhq.com without delay. We will initiate a claim with the carrier for the return and pickup of the damaged package, which must be kept in its original box and packaging. Following the carrier's collection of the damaged item, we will coordinate with our suppliers to dispatch a replacement to you promptly.
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we are committed to repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost to you. Should repair or replacement be unfeasible, a full refund will be issued.
Returns and Refunds
Simulator HQ understands that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. Customers can return an item for any reason within this period, with the only requirement being the coverage of return shipping and a restocking fee.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Simulator HQ at support@simulatorhq.com to arrange the return and to receive a return authorization number. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the item's condition and completeness. Approved returns will result in a refund processed to your original payment method, typically within three days to three weeks, depending on your bank's policies and your payment method.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be in like-new, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Returns showing signs of wear or missing components, rendering them unsellable as "new," will be considered refurbished and subjected to a 40% restocking fee. Used or Certified Pre-Owned products are not eligible for return.
