USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 3-5 days
The DK2+ system uses larger motors and actuators and is able to support more weight than the regular DK2. The larger motors offer a more powerful and toque-y feel than the regular DK2, and produce a better quality ride. The DK2+ is recommended for all sim center or similar commercial applications.
The DK2+ motion system is a professional motion system for serious sim-racing enthusiasts, drivers and researchers. The system shares the same design and construction as our industrial-grade motion systems used in our full motion vehicle simulators. Additionally, DK2+ is mechanically and electrically engineered around our unique motion algorithm to provide the most realistic and representative vehicle motion feedback.
DK2+ takes a modern approach to our signal processing and motion control to create the most responsive system on the market. Every elevation change, vehicle movement, surface change and gear shift, is captured and reproduced within 2” (50mm) of the available mechanical stroke.
If you do not have an available network port on your computer. Please feel free to use a USB to Network adapter such as this model available on Amazon.

FAQ
- Why 2” (50mm) of travel?
With years of experience building simulators and motion systems for auto manufacturers, we believe that a motion system with 2.0” of actuator travel is the optimal amount to produce a precise, responsive, tight and realistic experience for sim-racing. We believe that a compact 2.0" system is more than enough to realize our complex, multi-layer VelocityTrap motion algorithm. A longer actuator system certainly has some additional benefits, but the primary motion should still be kept within 2.0" for optimal speed and response (for sim racing application).
- Why the price?
Sigma Integrale is a specialized team of engineers and experts who design, prototype, manufacture and test completely in-house. Everything is done in our facility located in Pomona, California, USA. Our DK motion controller contains our own VelocityTrap motion algorithm, which is our proprietary motion control capable of producing motion organically without simulated effects. It has a network based interface controllable by both computers and mobile devices. The DK system uses modern chipsets and architecture, operating purely digitally using off-the-shelf and non-proprietary cables with great flexibility in lengths – allowing users to further customize their simulator systems with great versatility without signal degradation. The DK2 actuator is work of art in design and manufacturing – using premium raw material and produced by our CNC machines with minimal setup. Most parts are single-operation setups – meaning the parts are cut from start to finish in 1 shot without re-jigging; this ensures perfect alignment and concentricity for critical features.
- What’s the difference between Made-in-USA and In-House Manufacturing?
In the midst of the most adverse environment imaginable, Sigma Integrale went hardcore with In-House Manufacturing (IHM). While Made-in-USA products are made entirely of locally sourced parts, IHM takes things to a new level by producing all parts within our own facility. Our mechanical engineers are also CNC machinists; our electrical engineers build each controller box; our software engineers perform system testing, and our company owners provide product support and services. With IHM, we have full control of DK’s material quality, machining precision, electrical integrity, and product costs. Each DK system is created with greatest care and attention possible, so we don’t lose sleep at night.
