Warranty

ProTee VX Launch Monitor Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty
ProTee United B.V. ("ProTee") warrants the ProTee VX Launch Monitor to the original purchaser, free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

• If defects are found, ProTee will repair or replace the defective unit at their discretion.
• The customer must submit a warranty claim within 30 days of discovering the defect and provide proof of original purchase (receipt, warranty card registration, etc.).
• All shipping costs to ProTee for inspection are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• This warranty applies only if the product has been used as directed in the provided instructions.

Exclusions:

• Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Outdoor use or use with unauthorized equipment.
• Sales from non-authorized resellers.
• Items such as light bulbs, projector bulbs, LED lights, impact screens, turf tops, hitting mats, wear or abuse, and software are not covered by the warranty.

Limitation of Liability:
ProTee's liability is limited to repair or replacement. ProTee is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as lost revenues or third-party claims. In no case will ProTee’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

SimBooth Enclosures Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty
The SimBooth enclosures are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

• SimBooth 1 and SimBooth 2 enclosures are protected against defects in manufacturing or materials.
• The purchaser is responsible for shipping the defective product back for inspection.
• SimBooth will repair or replace defective components within the one-year warranty period.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage due to exposure to outdoor elements or commercial misuse beyond the intended use.
• Warranty does not cover any screens, hitting mats, or projector bulbs.

Return Policy

All sales of the ProTee United VX Launch Monitor are final. No refunds will be issued for this product.
