How It Works

Installation and Operation:

1. Mounting: Attach the G-TRAK Brackets to your existing garage door tracks, ensuring they do not interfere with the door's operation.
2. Assembly: Set up the retractable tubing according to the provided instructions.
3. Deployment: Use the wireless remote to lower the impact screen into position for use.
4. Retraction: After use, simply press the remote to retract the screen around the crossbar, neatly storing it out of the way.

Measure Your Space

Assessing Your Area:

• Garage or Room Dimensions: Start by measuring the width and height of your intended installation area, ensuring it accommodates the G-TRAK system.
• Garage Track Width: Measure the width of your garage door tracks from the outside of one track to the outside of the other to determine the appropriate size for your retractable system.
• Ceiling Height: Verify the ceiling height to ensure ample room for activities, such as swinging a golf club if intended for use as a golf simulator.

 Return Policies

30-Day Returns

• You can return items for ANY reason within 30 days.
• The customer is responsible for Return Shipping costs.
• A Restocking Fee of 15% will be applied, and this will be deducted from your refund.

Steps to Initiate a Return

• Contact support@simulatorhq.com to initiate a return.
• Send the product(s) back to for inspection. We'll evaluate it for restocking fees and the possible refund.
• We will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied (based on the product's condition and signs of damage).
• If approved, your refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and bank's policy.

Return Criteria:

• Products qualified for return or exchange should be in a "like new" condition, free of damage, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
• If a product shows obvious signs of use or lacks certain items such that G-TRAK cannot sell it as "new", it will be deemed as a refurbished product, and a 40% restocking fee will apply.
• Used or certified pre-owned products are not returnable.

Standard 1-year warranty starts after delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping fees if returned.
